Hill Shot Golf, LLC is committed to customer satisfaction!  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your golf training aid purchased from this website, you can call us to get a return authorization within 30 days. In most cases we will provide a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee on non-defective returns and less return S&H. Products without an RA# (return authorization number) may cause confusion and the return shipment may be refused - please call us if you have a problem with your product. We will do everything we can to try to solve the problem to your satisfaction. All returns are subject to evaluation before issuing credit. Please keep the box the training aid arrives in for 30 days for any possible return because the shipper will not pick the product up for return shipment without packaging.

When you place an order on our secure site, we will be notified and sent an e-mail confirmation with your order number within 1 business day. Orders will be shipped via FedEx and may be tracked on-line using the link provided in the confirmation e-mail.

We do the best we can to estimate shipping charges, so please use the charges provided as a guideline. Please contact us by telephone for shipping information if you are placing your order outside the U.S. and Canada. On all international orders, any additional charges, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and fees, are the sole responsibility of you, the customer.
